Our Principal Lawyer, Chris Parker has experience appearing for clients at Coronial Inquests.

 

Our services include explaining the process to you, advising you about whether you are required to attend or need to be legally represented. If you do need legal representation we can attend the pre-inquest conference and represent you at the Coronial Inquest and make submissions on your behalf. We can also explain to you the recommendations made by the Coroner.
